We need to look at skill level, willingness to learn/follow our rank, willing to use forums and IF they want COD, sign up on elite if they haven't already. Above all, they need to be at least pleasant. Now I know I get.... issues... playing COD and I will be the first to admit it but I think I am a pleasant person otherwise.

Here is the catch everything mastrcruu said is true if it help let them run honorary tag while they are playing with you then make sure you send them a message with the site in it that's like right now i have a few running honorary tags and they are suppose to be signing up on the forums soon and that's Mr. Assassin and wi_panty_dropper
