| Obtaining ranks may seem a lil steep but it really isn't that difficult. Think of this, the more people we have, the easier it will be to obtain your rank.
The ranking structure is very simple. It is based on the number of posts you have but also the quality of your posts.
Rank list:
Don - Boss
Consigliere - Consuler/Enforcer
Underboss - Mini Boss
Capo - Captain - 500 posts (review for specialty)
Tenente - Leutenant - 200 posts
Sergente - Sergeant - 100 posts
Soldato - Soldier - 50 posts
Associere - Associate - 10 posts (you gain the FnT tags).

| Every post counts. New threads, replys to other peoples threads, will all get you closer to your next rank.
Now that doesn't mean you can post the word "hi" 500 times and get the rank of Capo. They need to be legit posts. | |

| It's not a problem. With recruitment points and post count, it should be a lil easier. We are trying to get something else in the mix as well. | |

| Reputation - Basically, if you post something helpful (or if someone likes it in general) then other people can hit the + at the right of the screen. This will give you one Reputation point. If they decide to hit the - then you get -1 to your Reputation. There should also be a thanks button and that will give you +3 to your Reputation score.
